SA Public Health Solutions, LLC was founded in 2017 as a women-owned small business, headquartered in Atlanta GA. In 2021, the company was awarded the SBA Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Business (EDWOSB) certification and in 2024 became SBA 8(a) certified and also received certification through the State of Georgia under the Small Business and Supplier Diversity Program (SBSD). Our organization offers a blend of scientific and technology expertise, to address mission critical business practices and a new generation of health challenges. SA Public Health Solutions LLC, embraces new challenges to bring about fresh opportunities for innovation, strategies, and solution. Our goal is to be an Agile, Adaptive, Resilient and Sustainable organization with a compassion prevention, intervention and postvention.

SA Public Health Solutions is focused on providing a range of professional services from consulting to staff augmentation, by leveraging our expertise in strengthening public health and military health infrastructures. As a part of our mission, we are compassionate about the work we do to strengthen the workforce and health infrastructures through the refinement of existing systems and processes, as well as providing new innovative solutions to help bring about measurable changes. Founder & CEO is Dr. Suzanne S. Hemphill-Dickson. She is a seasoned professional with a passion for public health, military health and information technology. She has over 35 years of extensive experience as a federal contractor in support of HHS and DoD.

Dr. Hemphill-Dickson’s expertise includes behavior health, chronic diseases, emerging infectious diseases and health statistics with a focus on prevention, intervention and postvention. She is compassionate about the integration of heterogeneous public health information systems and databases for sharing and dissemination of public health information.
